 Apcnsilmic's Dot 1 is a reasonable Windows 11 mini desktop pc for Arm powered by a Snapdragon 7c processor. It is a Windows Application Developer PC Alternative for Arm ECS LIVA Mini Box QC710 Desktop Snapdragon 7c.

The Dot 1 Mini PC includes around 8GB RAM, around 256GB internal storage, dual HDMI output, and 4G LTE connectivity. All of this ties in a thin case (the exact dimensions aren't specified by the manufacturer).

SoC – Qualcomm Snapdragon SC7180 Snapdragon 7c) with Qualcomm Kryo 468 octa-core (2x Cortex-A76, 6x Cortex-A55) around 2.4GHz, Adreno 618 GPU. Three versions available: 4GB RAM + 64GB ROM , 6GB RAM + 128GB ROM, 8GB RAM + 256GB ROM. The memory may also be expanded with MicroSD cards in every variants (no maximum capacity specified). Video Output – 2 HDMI ports around 2K (2560×1440) resolution. Audio – 3.5mm microphone jack, 3.5mm stereo audio jack. Network – 10/100M Ethernet. Dual band WiFi 5, Bluetooth 5.1 with SMA antenna. Optional 4G LTE with SIM card slot and SMA antenna. USB – 1 USB 3.0 port, 2 USB 2.0 ports. Power Supply – 12V via DC jack.

The mini PC comes with a 12V power adapter, HDMI cable, WiFi and 4G antennas (for 4G models), user manual and monitor mount. Windows 11 Arm is pre-installed, but it's an unlicensed version. Users will have to buy a Windows license from Apsilmic or Microsoft to be able to activate the OS.

The Apcsilmic Dot 1 mini desktop pc with Windows 11 can be obtained starting at $229 with 4GB RAM, 32GB flash, and no 4G LTE. The $309 model includes 8GB RAM, 128GB eMMC flash, and 4G LTE connectivity.
